Baldur’s Gate 3 hotfix 25was released on April 10, 2024, and built upon hotfix 24's bugfixes for the temporary companion "Us." Apparently, not every bug was fixed with the previous patch, as hotfix 25 now ensures that Us leaves the party at the end of the tutorial. A few other crash fixes were bundled into hotfix 25, and also fixed item splitting when the player attempts to move items between companions' inventories.

In a community update on April 18, Larian Studios teased the upcoming patch 7, which will expand upon the "evil" endings the player can achieve, and will include a raft of bugfixes and updates that the community has reported. As for when this patch will be released, Larian merely stated that it was upcoming.
